Check them out and comment below on which ones have been integral to your development!

The Chimp Paradox

Professor Steve Peters

Before I read this book, I honestly felt that I was the only one who shared her brain with an inner chimp 😂

Women who Run with the Wolves

Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Ph.D.

Won't lie... it's a hard read. Each sentence I re-read multiple times 🙈

But you wont be disappointed!

Clarissa is an incredible writer & you will find yourself joining the dots of your story to date, with your divine feminine, the lessons you need to learn to become who you are today, and who you want to become.

Girl, Wash Your Face

Rachel Hollis

Another early read, Rachel Hollis was pivotal on my journey as she showed me that you don't need to let your past define who you are, but be a part of your story.

Her incredible life story is an easy story to read of strength & personal power. But most of all, she shows that each & every one of us can rewrite how our story ends.

Although I no longer follow the Miracle Morning religiously, it was a valuable tool which supported me in a time of chaos, and will continue to be a tool I integrate as and when I need it.

Ruby Wax

Ruby Wax, the Neuroscientist & the Monk will keep you entertained for hours as they normalise our human experiences of emotions, fears, attachment & other obstacles from taking action.

I recommend listening to the audio version for entertainment value as they translate a highly complex subject into funny & accessible for the average non-scientist (like myself).

The most recent of my reads, David R. Hamilton explains the science behind my core beliefs & how I work.

Although I haven't felt I've needed the validation, I do love science & was so excited that I too could explain spiritual tools & methodologies in a scientific way which is more widely accepted, & thus help more people.
