Vinyasa Yoga 

As series of poses connected by the breath. 

The breath acts as the connection between the mind, body and your emotions as you flow from one pose to the next.

The variations in poses, flow and purpose of the class means that each class offers something new.  

Yin Yoga

A style of yoga which explores the practice of internal quieting and cleansing, as well as exercising the Yin tissues.

 

As the elasticity of our connective tissue diminishes with physical activity and aging, Yin is essential for injury prevention and joint health. 

Would you prefer a private class, designed around your specific goals and your timescales? 

I offer private sessions around your timescales, so you can even fit your practice in your lunch hour!
