Yin + Pin is the harmonious hybrid of yin yoga and acupuncture, both of which work on the energetic channels of the body. This workshop strives to embrace Spring and its associated emotion of Anger/ Frustration and to transform this energy to provide balance in your energetic body. We will be specifically working with the Liver/ Gallbladder Meridians, the meridian pair associated with Spring.
Even before starting the workshop, Tom will invite you to receive an opening reading of your energy so that he may be more speficic your energetic requirements.
During this two-hour workshop, you will start in reflection to explore the emotions associated with Spring - frustration and gain a greater understanding of its energy.
