About the event
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a fluid movement-based class where the poses are connected by the breath.
The breath acts as the connection between the mind, body and your emotions as you to flow from one pose to the next.
The variations in poses, flow and purpose of the class means that each class offers something new.
This class is open to all abilities as you are guided you through your yoga class with modifications and adaptations, helping you to develop stamina, flexibility, balance, alongside your mind-body connection.
