👉 by setting an intention on how you want to be, how you want to show up in life and the life you want to lead.  

 

The intention setting process can be a soulful, personal experience as we form a deeper and more connected  relationship with who we are. It encourages the direction of where you are heading in life that is aligned to your core values. And when we allow ourselves  to focus our attention inwards and set intentions from a deeper place, we trigger more meaningful and transformational changes to occur.  

Start today afresh with some clear principles on how you would like to move through the next period.  

In this wholesome yoga workshop we will:  

  • begin with a heart-opening meditation, visualisation and yin sequence  
  • take some space to reflect on the last few months, moving into the quarter ahead
  • gain clarity on your intentions for the next few months. 
  • and a roadmap to bring your intentions to life through this period.

This workshop offers a beautiful space for you to connect back in with your true self, and to ask what it needs from you this year to take that shift forwards and claim back its power!
