About the event
🫂Welcome to our Soul Sister Circle.
Our circle is a safe circle to find a state of acceptance with yourself, to witness both your shadow and your light without judgement.
This is a space to be seen, be heard, and be felt.
This is not a space to be fixed, nor take the role as a therapist, but a place to hold space and allow - as is.
Each session will have a theme, a space to reflect, embrace your emotions as they are and allow the shadow self to surface.
Anything that we say in circle, stays in circle.
What to expect:
- Starting with a short guided meditation to prepare, ground and open space to share and receive emotional experiences with one another.
- Sharing space around varying themes and challenges we may face. This is an opportunity to reflect on experiences with gratitude, and to plant seeds and set intentions for anew.
- Allow space for breathing exercises, small movement, short meditatation, laughing, crying, light bub ahah moments, connections + more!
And remember....the more you give at your own pace, the more you will receive ❤️
