- A vision, a goal, a belief or energy that you would like to create. (please note: if this isn't available to you, you will still leave the workshop with the manifestation process, but perhaps use this space between now and the workshop to have a think about what you would like to create).
- A notebook and pen to make notes and reflections.
- An open mind!
