Service Description
What does your yoga practice require of you today? Your class and program will be tailored specifically to you and your needs from yoga. Here are just some of the areas that I can help you in your private yoga practice: âž¡ Find and develop a meditation practice which works for you in your busy schedule âž¡ Develop a routine which restores balance in one or more of your energy centres âž¡ Build a routine to develop strength and stamina âž¡ Develop a more mindful approach to your fitness routine Your practice can be held at your workplace, home or wherever you have space to roll out your Yoga matt and create the space for you. Please Note: Rates at booking includes 20 mile travel radius of DE21 Options outside this radius are available online or bespoke (please enquire for availability) Please note: there is an option for sessions to be held in studio (DE22), please enquire prior to booking to allow time slot to be arranged with studio.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule private appointments, please allow 48 hours. All services that need to be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged at the full rate. Please follow third party cancellation policy per respective booking for group classes.
